Yes, because I am nervous and uncomfortable. Sometimes I am able to control it, sometimes not.

Yes, when I can get away with it.

I think it's just typical stimming. I like to be doing something with my hands or rocking back and forth or something while I'm talking to someone. Even if I'm not nervous
