Not growing up on anything good = sfw agere?

I didn't get to watch Looney Tunes, or any of my other past interests, when I was the correct age for it. My first thought was because it was on Nickelodeon, which I was always banned from, but I was told off that it ended a year after Spongebob started. I grew up on garbage like Dora and Bear in the Big Blue House, although the only major obsession from my childhood I still love is VeggieTales (not counting Rolie Polie Olie as it's one of those shows I watched only a bit of). I feel like I am starting to get into sfw agere, but so far I'm just watching baby shows and I refuse to watch anything like sophisticated anime or The Simpsons. Anyone else?

It could just be that you prefer content for younger audiences because characters usually treat each other better in them. It's also more lighthearted.

Especially these days, content for adults is often about miserable people, who are rude, or worse, to others.
