Did you ever took this test?

It's all about looking at the eyes of others and guessing what they could feel and think on the basis of the look of their eyes. I took this test a couple of days ago - for the second time in my life, the first time was many years ago - and although I believed my result was going to be well above average, it turned out it was actually well below average - just 15 points out of 36 one can get (the average result is 26).

It sounds interesting and I think I would do poorly at it, but it won't load for me.

My assessment doctor said I had the lowest Eyes score she'd ever seen.
We both think it explains in part, why I was so vulnerable to abuse by bad people.

Even now that I'm aware of my deficit, I can't judge people by their eyes or faces.
I wonder if the fact I don't make eye contact makes it even worse.

Does this test work equally well for all people around the world?

This test was developed in Great Britain and the images you saw were taken from British magazines in 1990's. Unsurprisingly, the test doesn't work perfectly for people who are not native speakers of English or for people who come from cultures that are very different from Britain's.

Ah, it was going to be "take" not "took", my mistake, lol.

I see you all were better than me. But those eyes didn't tell me practically ANYTHING

6 out of 36. I wasn’t expecting to do amazingly but I wasn’t expecting it to be that low.

I wonder if Alexithymia makes it worse.
When given four choices of emotion, I don't know what they feel like.

I did worse than I thought I would.
