Whenever I’m alone and complete a task, I beat my chest, almost gorilla-style—but with the tips of my fingers, not a full fist. I never do this in the presence of other people.

Anyone else have any odd or unusual stims?

My tongue pushes liquid against the gaps between my teeth.

In it's appearance, it's subtle. Not visible.
Many would assume I was just chewing candy or something.

But the consequences can be... Unwanted.
It already aggravated my already broken front teeth into an overbite from that one incident at 5th grade.
... Making my tooth bridge prone to loosening sooner than it could've broken.

And rapidly repeatedly whispering (or yelling out loud if I feel like it) a very specific 2 random syllables. It can have a tune or not.

A common one for me has been some back and forth type of motion of my hand and wrists at work. I do this largely when overstimulated and unable to escape the overstimulation.

One time a customer asked me about it, asking if I was shaking my hand because his drink that I had just rung up was cold. Not thinking, I replied "no, it's just a stim"

Also. I have always had weird stims.

I remember I used to pick things apart when I was a kid. Stuff that seemed to fragile and pickable.... like. Rubber balls. I just... needed to pull them apart piece by piece. It was honestly distressing to try and not do that.

My mom took it as a sign of emotional distress or pain and asked me questions along those lines, but honesty.... I think it was just a stim.

I like to say "Pop-a-pea." in a very shrill voice.

I often stick my finger into my navel.

(I apologize if people are grossed out by that but I'm just answering the question)

With my index fingernail, plucking out the gunk -- after it's gotten crusty -- out of the inner corner of my eyes, then rubbing it between my thumb and index finger for several moments before discarding it. I don't need to look when I do this; it's just the feel of it. Weird AF, I know. But then, I'm on the Spectrum. What did you expect? I do this only at home. Once or twice a day (the gunk never builds up more than that).
