Intrusive thoughts
For over ten years been having intrusive involuntary undesired thoughts about:
Structural engineering
Aikido: Kayla b***h, Rolando penis, warren, spoiled upper middle class brat
Transsexuality, breasts, homophobia
Mister redelings
No future
Eating
$$$$$
SAT in 7 th grade
Someone said that 90 percent of the thoughts you have today are the same as yesterday's
I have no hobbies, goals, or "friends"
Everything and everyone takes too much energy to deal with, s**t
Keep trying to tell myself that "it is better to fail at moving forward than to succeed at moving backward" but subconsciously, naturally, and involuntarily, I keep thinking about a couple of topics from the distant past
s**t
I've seen a number of your posts.
My thoughts are:
1. Do not accept any BS at your place of work. It sounds like you have a job with the shopping carts
and deal with dangerous conditions at times. It sounds like there is some drama at your place of work.
You have to make sure you work in total peace. If your employer is compromising your safety they can be held liable.
Perhaps you need to look at a new job opportunity if this one is causing you anxiety.
2. As far as your mind and thoughts go, it's likely to improve IMO if you have a goal or something positive to look forward to.

Embrace Change, and welcome Uncertainty. Invite Chaos into your life. Do things that you have not done before. Avoid routines, and loathe habits.

Your post is difficult to understand as Intrusive Thoughts are linked to anxiety,
i.e intrusive thoughts of jumping off a high building may come from crossing a tall bridge for example.
Fear of having running someone over may come following driving
Fear of getting germs following touching things in public spaces.
Not sure what your fear is of Structural engineering unless its the building falling down!
Anyway i read somewhere the best way to get rid of Intrusive thoughts is not to ignore them but to enhance them and even make a joke out of them. So for example imagine yourself touching the germs, imagine flying through the air while you jump off the bridge. Joke that you hope to run more people over on your drive home (don't actually run anyone over of course)
Your mind will get bored of it and they will cease to bother you
Its the same with panic attacks, bring them on, go into the eye of the storm, absorb them see them as a passing storm and again they will cease to scare you and you`ll have less of them.
Ive had a panic attack, while sitting down a few times my sight had gone completely black, i just sat there for a min or so sweating and temporarily blind while this has happened and no one ever knew lol. If i was standing up i would just go to the toilet quickly and sit down on the toilet while this was happening before my sight clouded over & blacked out, you prob have a min or so to do this.
Again nobody need know and its unlikely would realise
There is nothing to fear when you learn how to deal with these things
