I dislike the sound people make when touching the metal poles inside public buses. I always use my headphones so I don't have to hear that sound. Anybody else hate that sound?

Ugh, someone had to go and remind me that stuff like that existed! Of course I hate that type of sounds!

You mean that squeaky sound? I think that's just one of the noises that people make in buses, trains and anywhere in public that drive me crazy!

Never noticed that sound on buses (nor any other common bus sound).

But the aforementioned "two pieces of styrofoam" rubbing together- gawd- that is the worst!

If i were an inmate at Gitmo- I would have lead them by hand to Bin Ladin's hideout - I would delivered his head on a platter to them myself- after a few minutes of them rubbing styrofoam together in front of me!
