of your pet(s) as opposed to the needs of another person? I find that I almost instinctively understand what my two cats want or need. However, when it comes to a S.O. or family member, I am completely unaware and useless.

I can understand the needs of pets and people equally.

Yeah I think my cat communicates telepathically with me. I know when she meows sometimes that she is telling me I should clean out her litter box. Other meows mean I'm ready for my canned food treat. While other meows mean open the drapes; I want to sunbathe. Then again she could just have me very well trained.

I definitely understand the needs of my dogs much better than I've ever understood the needs of any people.

I believe that most cats have their owner's trained. My cats definitely have me trained very well!

I tend to guess at what people might need or want... although I can usually manage to guess that when someone is crying, they might want comfort, but then again, some people hate attention when they cry, and there are different forms of comfort, so is it not safer to refrain from trying anything at all than try?

I have always felt more close to animals than humans.
Humans confuse me, and in many cases, frighten me.

Absolutely! I am a crazy cat lady who understands cats. I like dogs, too, but I have a special bond with cats.

I can read my cat better than my family.
