I watched some of the videos posted in the other thread. I look nothing like the people in those videos. I also don't talk the way they talk. My mannerisms, speech patterns and facial expressions are very NT in comparison.
Yet I still feel like an aspie. Is it possible that I am affected by a very very mild case of AS? I scored 126/200 in the Aspie Quiz. What does this tell you?
the only way to be sure is to see a specialist, someone who specialises in ASD and in ASD adults [if adult] if possible.
it is possible to have mild aspergers,as long as it fits minimum criteria, anything less and it's not AS,usually then are just described as 'being on the spectrum' or 'has some mild ASD traits'.
all forms of autism have compulsory criteria, but after that-it's unique to each person,so not every expression of ASD is the same.
what traits do have [whether think they are part of the spectrum or not].
