I keep reading aspies don't like light touches and they prefer firm touches. Well I am just the opposite. I dislike firm touches because it feels weight is being pressed down on me and it also feels I have something heavy on me. But I like light touches because they feel so soft and good. I don't know how to describe the feeling.
So why do you like firm touches and dislike soft ones?
Only time I would accept a hard touch is if my muscles were sore, then it feels good to have firm touch on it.
I'm often times too ticklish to enjoy light touch.
I deal in massage all the time. . . one of my favorite things, from either end, though balance is required.
Soft touch has to have enough surface area to work.
