I'm kind of recovering from auditory sensory overload right now, and my head feels like it's been ripped open and hammered into mush. Help?

Maybe a long walk or bike ride in a quiet neighborhood?

Or spend a little time with a dog or cat?

Perhaps try some meditation? A quiet and darkened room might help too.

That sounds so tempting.

Thanks, everyone. I will try all of those suggestions and see where it goes.

I'd take a nice, quiet nap. Naps seem to do wonders in restoring me. Or at least go somewhere quiet and peaceful. Maybe read a book. Or a walk. But when I'm overloaded, I often just go for the nap cus it offers the quickest release to shutdown and recovery.

1=take a walk in an environment that suits you
2=try to meditate
3=interact with a non-demanding being(usually animals)
4=take a nap(or if you feel like taking a full sleep, go for it)
HOPE YOU'LL BE FINE!! :D
