Basic question, if someone doesn't understand you who do you place the misunderstanding on.

I often go for a 3rd option, that no one is wrong. But right in a conversation, I am quick to assume that I am the one at fault.

I have to admit that I would place the blame on the other person. If we are unaware of our social miscues, then how can we blame ourselves? I think NT's have to learn how to be a little more empathetic and understanding, because we Apies just aren't always that aware ourselves. This is not to say that we Aspies shouldn't work on our social skills, but I think NT's could really be better when it comes to helping us out a little.
