I know we have a symbol, that puzzle piece if you call that a symbol, but if we had our own flag, what would it look like? would it be sparkly? would it have the word autism on it? just curious on everybodys thoughts...

It could be a mosaic of portraits of successful or renowned aspies (Einstein, Newton, Kant, Syd Barrett...) that would merge into a big brain when looked from afar. You know, like those mosaics that are so popular since 10 years or so...

used to think that if i was queen of a nation, i would make the flag gray. just a big square of grey, nothing else. because that's how everyone "else" sees things, so i guess the "everyone else" could be NT's in this case.

It would have all kinds of tiny images colors, and patterns that covered a wide variety of topics and subjects. You wouldn't be able to fully appreciate it flying from a pole, you would have to lay it out flat on a table and spend a decent amount of time studying it up close to enjoy it.

This is one I came up with:

The diamond at the center of the round white area represents us; a square peg rotated 45,° so that it's no longer just a square peg in a round hole. It's red color — representing blood — symbolizes Aspergian suffering.

The black field beyond it — extending all the way to the outer edges — represents the NT majority that we are entirely surrounded by, and who comprise a world into which we do not fit.

I call it the "Blood Diamond" banner.
