Is it just me, or do the girls posting on this board strike u as the kinda girls u wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of? Do aspie girls have to learn how to look after themselves better than NT's. Why when i see a username like 'kittenfluffies' do i reach for the baseball bat and think better watch my manners? i hope (and really mean it) I dont offend any of u girls with this post, but what do the guys think

Hehehe, indeed, some of the girls on here I also would not wanna piss off. Actually for the most part I try to stay on everybody's good side I want everyone to get along and be happy, I like WP and enjoy making this place a little better.

I dont like to offend, especally if its one of those girls on here cause then they may show up on my door step wanting me to step outside :|

NAW!

I think all these gals are p**** CATS! Many even say they like them! Then again, p**** cats CAN be nasty.

Seriously though, I don't think there is anything evil or even bad with them. I think they are much like lightning88. If you are nice to her, she can be nice, attractive, and pleasant. From the way she described how she acts if you push too far, YIKES! I forget which martial art she knows, but apparently she knows it well and can do more than you think would be possible given her size.

We just had a nice conversation, I never pushed, so I never personally saw her get angry. Besides, I don't even really know where she lives, so I will likely never see her IRL.

Half my problem with women is I try to find where that trigger is, and probably only go 33% of the distance TOPS! If I wanted to be seen as more than just a brother or friend, I would have to go farther. 8-(

In short, I think they act like normal NT females in this regard but may be more accepting about some things because of their problems. Part of that is from understanding through experience, and part is due to insensitivity so it isn't that big a deal. Also, they are overly sensitive and suspicious about some things, so the trigger might be acted on quicker.

And just so Lightning88 knows and all, I know she is diagnosed NVLD. For purposes of this discussion though, she still fits the profile, etc... People with NVLD STILL have the social problems, and sensitivity issues.

BTW MOST men have this kind of problem with women in general. The fact that AS women tend to be more logical, precise, and tolerant, might actually improve things.

Anyone brave enough to go over the women's forum and ask them to come over for a chat?

Well. . .

If social adeptness is one of the big reasons that girls don't stand up for themselves, and the definition of AS has a lot to do with lacking social adeptness. ..

I don't see this as a huge suprise.

Girls have an attitude almost like a praying mantis. I once had a praying mantis try to threaten my bike! I could have easily hurt that praying mantis, but it STILL reared up, etc... And praying mantises are usually calm, docile, etc... But have you heard how the female mantises treat their mates? YIKES!

Who ever came up with the idea that women were ALWAYS kind, peaceful, etc...? I mean HECK! There have been wars and invasions from spain and england when they had queens!

BTW NONE of this is meant to be denigrating to women. Just trying to say that there isn't that much difference in the lowest level reaction ideas.
