PDD-NOS - Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified - it means you are supposed to be on the autism spectrum if you are diagnosed with it (in other words, you have an ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder, just like Asperger's and Classic Autism) but in practice no one recognizes this label. Some may refer to it as a form of "HFA", though.
