Hi all. I had heard before I recieved my results for this survey that like all aspies were INTP. I got my results back, and found I was an ISFP (albeit the SF was only moderate). At first, I figured the results were wrong or somehow skewed. But I read the description for my type, and was surprised to find that it described me extremely well.

So are there other aspies out there who aren't the usual INTP? Or am I just plain weird?

I usually get ENFP.

How rare is it for an Aspie to get E*** on the Myers-Briggs?

I test INTP, but lately I'm finding I'm much more social than I thought I ever could be.

Probably still INTP though, I can be INFP when I get really emotional. I'm not that strong of a T... though externally thats how I look to most people.

I think AS tends to skew MBTI results, more towards Is and Js I think.

But there are so many differences between those with AS, that you can't just pick one type and say this is all Aspies. The variety in AS is nearly as varied as all of People....

Okay, okay. I've always been an ENTP. I would be INTP, but I tend to be explosively gregarious. Rather, I talk at people a lot, whatever that means. What I generally tell people is to just thump me in the head if I get too long-winded. Thunk! Thunk! See? It's made of wood. You're not gonna hurt it. The thing is, I don't spend an ounce of time friend-making. Well, I do some of it online, but that's different. Most of them are headcases like me, so we get along.

That's cool. It's good to know I'm not completely weird in that respect. I wonder if there are any aspies with S?

I usually pull up an I*T*, usually leaning towards ISTP...
