If you post a video on You Tube and you don't like it, are you able to take it off?

Yup.

Click "My Account", and then click "My Videos".

Then tick the video you desire and press "Remove Video". Click OK on the are you sure button, and it will get deleted in a certain amount of time, depending on the size of the video etc.
