Funny.

When I met my husband, he had a difficult time dealing with a lot of things that came up. He finally decided that I was a lot like an 8-year old. He said he figured if he thought of me as an 8-year old, then everything that I did made sense.

I'm not insulted by this. It actually does make sense. I've always felt about 10-years old. I often feel like I'm pretending when I put a suit on to go to court. I sound very young, too. When I speak with someone over the phone, often I am asked my age. I have learned to put on what my husband calls my "big girl voice."

I'm mostly like a child. I buy toys, and I didn't even realize that I do that. I still roller blade, play pool, bike ride, etc. I wear shorts and go barefoot at my office.

Good luck to your wife.

I know that feeling - my bf found posts I was writing about him a on forum I never told him I was visiting and was using fake names/locations for too. I just happened to use a phrase he liked to describe something, he put it into google, and one of my posts was the first thing that came up. And it was too specifically about us for me to deny it was mine.

GOOGLE is your friend!

or your downfall!

I wonder if very many people realize how effective a search engine can be to locate the posts of someone you know.
A professor at school mentioned to the class that if we thought we could just copy & paste items from the internet without re-writing, he would find out rather easily. He'd just do a search from the text a student turned in.

I have no idea if my former wife did any spying on me. She didn't like computers when we were married... she rushed right out afterwards though and got her a laptop! Who'd a thunk it?

Digger, do you think your wife will fess up here to everyone and reveal her identity, or remain hidden behind a pseudonym? :D
