I read somewhere that there seems to be a lot of people on the spectrum who are also double-jointed.

So, are you?

I am. Every single joint. And as a result, I'm 23 and have bursitis in my knees. Of course, the 7 years of marching band probably didn't help . . .

If you can make right angles with your joints in your fingers, you're double jointed. :)

Angles. Anagram of Angels.

I wonder if people on the autism spectrum like angles more than straight lines on a subconscious level.

I like both. But then again, that's how I draw--by looking at the lines and angles in everything.

Mostly though, my favorite shape is the circle.

Yeah, I can touch my thumb to both the inside and backside of my arm. :) One's easy and one's hard, but they're both very possible.

my fingers are double-jointed... and i was diagnosed with "hypermobility" in all my joints... but i wa also diagnosed with "lack of elasticity" in my muscles which i guess kinda counteracts that... :?
