I'm leaving tomorrow

I will be leaving tomorrow. I am visiting my grandparents before I have to go to college on Thursday. Consequently, I won't be around for the next week. I hope you guys don't miss me too much.

Alex,

Us mods have things under control. You get yourself settled into school and have fun.

Make sure you look for where your classes are BEFORE the first day. If you need any other advice about anything else and I have been successful at it, I will be glad to give it to you.

Hope you have fun at college. There is a book called "Pretending to Be Normal" by Liane Holliday Wiley that has a part in it about what to do about some issues in college. It's a great book, and she gives some very helpful advice. I do agree on getting to your classes before hand, and try walking from class to class before school starts to get used to surroundings so you don't get lost. I'm an aspie, and I tend to get lost (lol)! Well, have fun, and indulge in your special interest in college.

The two most common professions among aspies are computer programmers and college professors. I am one of the latter. So, don't feel too intimidated. Some folks will understand you from the start.
