does life suck?

I chose the subject heading because I thought I could get a representative sample of WP members this way.

What I really want to know is....

What do you think about life?

Life is, well, life.

Aspects of it are a godsend to me... I have a roof over my head, running water, plumbing, food, clothing, etc... when so many other people around the world don't. For an aspie, I also have a very dependable network of friends (mostly people from my church) who would never betray me for any reason ("friends" in the old sense of the word, not now where it really means "acquaintances")

But other aspects have crushed me. For example, I am now pretty much sure that I'm going to live out my life single (even though I wouldn't want to... there's just no one out there for me... for more information find one of my rants on the love and dating forum)

But overall, like i said, life is just what it is. Nothing I can do about it...

Not really, although things aren't necessarily going swimmingly, either.

i dunno, i kinda thought the heading was kinda catchy....lol!

and yeah, life blows right now, not for everything, but for some key things that mean a lot to me. like the whole friends thing. i'm blowing that big time right now...so i'm not real happy about it.

I think you have a point.....

....although that group is probably heavily biased toward children so that might be a good thing....

....on the other hand.... we are at WP. (I don't know if I'm being insulting or not by this line. If I am forgive me. Please?)


I hadn't really thought about it, though. Maybe that group will be attracted to the large letters.

life is a chour we must suffer through until we fulfill our purpose. Only then are we allowed to die and finally end our suffering. I am only sad that my purpose in life will take decades to complete. That and the fear of the void will keep my going for long as I can. I don't see why people enjoy living honestly, unless they like cheap shallow pleasures.
