Is there any correlation between AS and sleep apnea?

I don't have it, never had. Neither does/has my daughter. My son had it, but it was because there were complications during pregnancy... all 3 of us are on the spectrum.

The only problem I have ever had with apnea was sleeping next to someone who had it.

I've never heard of a correlation between it and AS.

Not as far as I know. My wife (who is NT) has apnea, and I will say that when it wasn't treated, she had some pretty bad sensory issues, especially to do with crowds. It's not autism in any way, but I can understand why someone might draw the connection, especially if an autist's sensory issues got worse with apnea.

i have severe apnea during the day and during sleep... the apnea is not associated with my PDD-NOS. it is associated to a neurodegenerative disease.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.
