There are a lot of things I like about Wrong Planet, but I find that while coming here usually helps me cope with my feelings of anxiety, it doesn't always help with my depression. In fact, I think this forum sometimes makes me feel depressed. And that's probably why I still enjoy complaining about my problems on random forums that have nothing to do with AS, since the NTs on those forums usually try to convince me that there is nothing wrong with me and that my life can get better. I know they are wrong, but having that seed of doubt planted in my mind sometimes helps with my depression.

No, it doesn't.

I've voted yes because I have been attacked on here before and disgusts me when I see personal attacks and flames when this is supposed to be a support forum. I have felt discriminated on here too because it's okay for others to post unusual things but every time I did, some people, had a problem with it or the topics would be removed. But it had lightened my mood to see a few members complaining about on the wrongplanet.net discussion board what they don't like to see. My reaction for them is if they don't like what they see, why do they click on the thread then? No one is forcing them to read it. I don't click on every single thread on here and if I come to a thread and it bores me or I don't like it, I click out of it and don't say anything. So I guess I'm not the only one with the problem when my topics annoy some people but I think it';s their problem because then why the hell do they come in my thread then or even go to the Adult Discussion board if they don't like lot of the stuff they see in it. What part of Adult Asperger Issues do they not understand? Do they not see the word Adult? Or do they think the board is meant to be for issues only, not for discussions about adult things?

Yeah, I know how you feel about the successful love stories.
These days, I don't feel so bad. It seems to me right now, music is the only pure passion. I want it to be my life.
Aside from sexual urges, I feel better off single for a small but significant number of reasons.

As for life. Life is only life, and life is only what you make of it. There are many things that cannot be controlled, but you just have to try and suck whatever happiness you can get out of it. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad.

Sometimes, yes. So I have a break from it for a while.

My being depressed or not doesn't really have to do with posting on random forums, I just am, and find an outlet for that here. As for the NTs who might be reading my posts and think that I whine too much, they could just stop reading or not whine that I whine too much. That would certainly take a load of stress off everybody's shoulders and stop nurturing ill feelings, I'm sure.

I feel almost guilty posting here because my life is a lot better than a lot of people's here. I suppose I was fortunate in a lot of ways. I will still be here to help parents of children going through such things as bullying, because I went through it in junior high.

Not the site itself, but certain members, whom I won't name here.
