My driving is great, fortunately!
I've read that many people on the spectrum have better peripheral than direct sight, and I think that is where I also excel. So, I can see/sense the movement of traffic around me very well.
I'm quick to calculate moves, too - freeways are like a giant game of Frogger for me.
I'm a pretty good driver too, but I think most of that comes from driving the same car since I started 10 years ago. It's a 95 Neon, typical small car and it took awhile for me to get used to it, but once I did it's almost like the car became an extension of myself. I even found the ideal placement for the mirrors so that I don't actually have to turn my head much to see what's going on around me, with the exception of my driver side mirror, it's aimed slightly down so headlights won't affect me.
I don't necessarily like to drive, but I'm good at it.
