How to tell if an organisation is private?

I am going to my GP to ask for a referral but can't tell whether the places I've found that diagnose adults are private or NHS. Considering the fact that lots of services require an NHS diagnosis, I am concerned. Is Scottish Autism based in Alloa a private diagnosis or NHS?

If it's a GP referral it'll be NHS, they'd tell you if it was private.
