I was diagnosed sheerly out of curiosity and my need to know, no services have been offered and none are available. Even if they were, I doubt I would use them. If you feel the need to know for certain that you're an Aspie, and you want confirmation that you're not just some hypochondriac, then go ahead and get diagnosed.

Strictly speaking, Medicaid and other programs like it are not supposed to exist under US constitutional law. Our government generally does a lousy job at whatever it attempts, so the best solution is usually to limit government's influence over things such as education, healthcare, etc as much as possible.
