It seems that daylight savings time hasn't effected the times on posts. I'm seeing posts made an hour form now, creepy. 8O

You need to set the time you specified in your profile an hour back.

go to your profile and find the bit where it says which time zone you want your account to be shown in.

i always have GMT, but then i have at least one clock in my house which is GMT, all year.

(i am very strange about clocks - they HAVE to be fast, and all by different amounts, e.g. 7 minutes, 23 mins, 19 minutes. WOO HOO - they're all prime numbers! i just noticed ).

ahem.

*calms down again*

Everyone in my time zone should have their clocks back an hour, not have to change time zones. My computer did it automatically, why won't WP?

Woohoot! I forgot about daylight savings time!! ! It isn't 2:54pm-- it's only 1:54pm.

I have a whole 'nother extra Sunday hour to goof around (or maybe even do some homework...). :D :D :D

--Wait a minute... DAMN. That means I woke up at 7:00am this morning instead of 8:00am. Humz... this might require a nap.

Oh, I get your jokes.

And then, we all get what we hope for, a chance to meet a very good friend, who will treat us fairly, forever, and ever, and ever, and ever. This person will confide in us for a long time, and be willing to share some questionable stories themselves. If this were the case, we would all be very happy and thankful that we would be getting this person.

Unfortunately, this doesn't come very easy to many of us, and time will tell when our lives will get better. Could time be telling us too late?

Actually, Sophist, I think we all got an extra hour of sleep last night. And 'tis a good thing because I really needed to catch up on my sleep before another week of school... ;)

Vivi, that was just a cryptic inside joke that I told. Making friends is not an easy thing for us to do. When we prove people right, I was asking whether people can see it in the future, and obviously time will tell now. This is true regardless of whether we remembered to set our clocks back or not.

Not everyone at WP does daylight savings time. As I just said in another thread, neither Arizona nor Hawaii do DST. I don't know if there are any people from those two states at WP, but they don't switch their clocks around like most of the rest of us do. :|

I'm poretty sure that WP's server is set on Greenwitch Mean Time, which doesn't change, and everybody just chooses a fixed number of hours behind or ahead of GMT for their local time. Therefore, those that have daylight savings time have to change their settings manally.

I live in Australia (New South Wales) and we just had to put ours forward an hour. It means I feel tired even more so!
