Today is a milestone for me

Good morning, everyone!

If you take a look at today's date, and the date that I first joined this forum, they are exactly one year apart. That's right, I have been a member of this forum for one year!

I wish I could hug all of you ladies, and shake the hands of all you gentlemen. It is always nice to know that I have some reassurance from a number of you. Those of you who have replied to the threads that I have started have been very helpful. I greatly appreciate it.

This forum has gone through many trials and tribulations, and I hope to be through all of them if they should occur. For the most part, all of you are a top-notch group, and I like you all very much. I think a few of you have taught me a thing or two.

In conclusion, I would like to quote one of my favorite people in the entire world. He said this circa 1956, and he has been on television for almost 50 years, Bob Barker.

"All my consequences are happy ones."

Here's to a very long time of posting here. Thank you all very much for your support this past year.

I understand some of these replies are coming from fairly new members. Was that Price is Right reference serendipity or what?

It wasn't Rich Fields who invited me to "come on down" to this forum, mind you. Regardless, I am very happy.

BeeBee and Yvette, I read that you both are married and have kids. It's nice that I have a place where people can give me advice. BeeBee, I know you have replied to me before, but Yvette, this is your first reply to me, and it is a nice way to start off what could possibly be a whole string of replies. I know you get emotional at times, but you know what you're talking about, and I'm glad. I appreciate the fact that you all can give me advice.

Vetivert, I take it you've only heard of Bruce Forsyth. That's okay.
