No. Never, really.

But I'm happier than usual. Must be the St. John's Wort...

no, I'm really tired. Late nights with early mornings. Tonight my son goes to bed late and we get to sleep in. I'm drinking my beer to help me ease into sleepytime.

Nope. Been rather depressed. So that means that in a couple weeks I'll be hypomanic again . . . darn bipolar. :wall:

It's funny; not getting enough sleep will shoot me into the hypomanic world . . .

you're kidding? not getting enough sleep makes me tired during the day, you know the time when "doing stuff" is more convenient? Then I get glum. And that can get me depressed. Which leaves me up at night doing nothing productive.

Right now I'm just aiming for finishing chores and watching a bit of Craig Ferguson and then going to bed. If I were hyper, I'd be listening to music or watching movies or youtube. or I'd be raging at the fact that everyone else is asleep and I'm left alone.
