Actually, Asperger's is usually said to require an IQ of around 70, or anything above that.
So does HFA (in the technical sense where IQ is the measuring point, often people use other measuring points though or else nearly all autistic people would be considered HFA).
So, both of them are anything from around 70 and above. As in, neither is supposed to "affect IQ" that much, or at least not one more than the other.
