Read that aspies suffer from limited facial expressions generally and I was wondering if anyone had experienced the problem with feeling their face had frozen when their blood sugar levels got too low?
If I go out and I am feeling a hungry and fatigued due to low blood sugar, the first thing I notice is that my face feels as tense as if I've had a dozen botox injections all at once. In this state I find it virtually impossible to smile. It's takes immense physical effort to do this simple thing. I find if I have to interact with people I always make sure I am well fueled, also because my verbal and mental capacities are markedly improved when I've eaten.
I've mentioned this in the past to several people, all NT's, and they've all looked at me like I was mad. So I was wondering if anyone has experienced this too?

Everyone, regardless of their neural architecture, is going to experience some kind of deficit in functioning when their blood sugar level crashes. Some get drowsy and start yawning, some get snappish and irritable, or whatever. What happens to you might not be common, but it's no less real for that.

I've not experienced the face muscular thing, although I'm sure there's quite a range of symptoms associated with low blood sugar considering glucose is the main power source of all our cells.

First, along with a light fatigue, I get a headache and joint aches. This is then followed by cognitive dampening and much poorer executive function. And then even more extreme fatigue, muscle weakness sometimes including slurred speech. During these times (which I try very hard to prevent), I can also become easily irritated by things which would normally not ruffle my feathers.

I can't imagine I smile much during attacks of hypoglycemia, albeit for the above reasons rather than a muscular reaction.

I find that my eyes feel sunken in when i am stressed or tired. I dont smile, but i might smirk. I feel an ache in my neck and between my shoulder blades. I swear it feels like i am sprouting wings back there sometimes. I wake up in the middle of the night with my arms and hands numb and aching at the same time. such an awful frustrating feeling.

I think my face has limited expressions, it seems very underworked muscle wise! Saying that I can think of times where people have said my face is rubbery and animated. On the whole its pretty static.
