And I....uh....don't really know what to say. I havn't made my own post in a while....so this is a lot more awkward than I remember it being. And I'm sure trying to do this right after a panic attack isn't helping so....hi everyone. Remember me???

Yeah, I haven't followed my own advice. Parents ask me if they should get a computer for the kids, etc... and you know what my answer has been, since 1980(NO KIDDING!! !!)!?.....

It is a GREAT idea as long as they don't get addicted to games or BBSs.

So WHAT is a BBS(Bulliten Board System)? Well, they used to call the Bullitens POSTS. YEP, a forum is the closest match. Some even had CHAT!

Anyway, I got addicted to 2 forums since. 8-( The last one literally went AMUCK the few times I left!(Like half the posts started asking "WHERE'S STEVE!?!?") I am the number one poster on it, and have been for YEARS! In fact, I posted VERY little for 3 years, and 2 people are ONLY NOW starting to catch up! I estimate that, if they keep up, they will pass me in about 4 months!

So I end up coming here about every day. 8-( One person that I talk with a bit here went nuts when she found I hadn't posted for almost a day.

BTW I STILL have a picture in my mind of a young girl plugging her ears at the table in a school cafeteria, with some fellow students asking what her name is, etc...

I STILL wonder how accurate that picture is.

I just joined Febuary but Welcome back.

If it helps, I am almost 3 times as old as you are(if I remember right, etc...), and JUST today I had to hold the phone away a LOT to listen to this woman at the airline. SURE it was loud, but the TONE of her voice was ALSO painful.

And it seemed, at a store I went to today, like I had to keep moving to prevent people from bumping into me. I don't know WHY they did that, but I generally don't touch people, or have them touch me.

It was CRAZY! A woman walked CLOSE to my back, came back and walked CLOSE in front of me, and then went to the wrong side of a POS so her right arm was right next to my left. If not for the fact that she was so rude, etc... and some guys did similar things towards the end, I might have thought she was trying to get my attention. Sometimes, I wonder if people can even see me.

So I just try to avoid what bothers me. I KNOW, easier said than done, but many here probably do similar things.
