Why do people think you're upset at them because you're upse

There are the ones that think that if you're upset you're upset at everything including them. They're bad enough though. If someone is upset why do they think you'll get upset at them if they talk to you? Why don't they try and maybe they'll complain TO them, not about them. Maybe they need someone to complain to about something else.


The ones that think you were upset at them and that's why you're upset in the first place are even worse.

Let them know your upset and maybe they will try to make you feel better.

Just be the one to initiate conversation, people in general wants to help, but many are intimidated about striking up conversation with someone they can see are upset, if they don't know why they are upset.
