Well, since we have been sharing some pics of ourselves, I thought it would be kewel to share pics of our pets that we are so proud of (and often exasperated by).

I always liked cats. They can be fiesty,
loving, independent, and I can relate to
that. My favorite cat was TIGER. He wouldn't
let people pet it but me. With love, patience,
devotion and FOOD(or who feeds me-thinks
cat) I won him over.

Prrrrr!

Sophist, one of my cats looks a bit like yours. Here's Fred: Old, deaf, one-eared, and a little crazy.

Then there's Duncan:

I have another cat too, but he seems to hate cameras.

It took years for me to get a fairly decent pic of JonJon. For some reason he's not terribly photogenic. The one above turned out alright though (after I doctored it).

Camera companies need to develop something to get rid of cats' yellow eye. The Yellow-Eye- Removal Feature.

There already is a pet pics thread. That's one of the problems of this site...once threads get a bit old (and it's not THAT old) they get forgotten. My pics are there.

Moderators,
What if you merged this thread with the Pet Pics thread I created and made it sticky?

hale, I am sure JonJon would be flattered if he knew what a desktop was, lol.

He is 14 years old and my oldest friend (became friends with him when I was 9.5 after befriending his mother who was a stray). He has a sensitive stomach and has helped make my carpet the color it is today :)

Tabitha, my guinea pig, sitting in Miki's lap. Tabitha died last night in her sleep at the age of 7

Image

Chloe, my rabbit. She is free-run in my room, litter trained :D

Image

Yikes, my precious dog. he is a Jack Russell Terrier, but he has every fault possible for a JRT. He means everything to me.

Image

Kirk, my cat, named after the character in Gilmore Girls

Image

Atticus, sweet and hyper mutt

I also have 2 other cats, Mango and Sammy, a hamster, Coconut Twist and a bunch of fish, but I don't have pictures of them.

Very nice critters. I had Peruvian guinea pigs several years ago. Great pets, except for the squealing when they knew food was coming!

Mockingbird,
Sorry to hear about your Guinea Pig. I just lost mine two weeks ago at age 9. She must have really liked you and had nice living accomdations to live that long. I never knew rabbits were smart enough to train. Also how do you keep dogs, a cat, a rabbit, and a guinea pig without having problems with them getting along?

Mockingbird, condolences on your guinea pig :(

This is Liam, my mother's cat. He weighs 21lbs, but I promise he is not fat, just HUGE:

This is a good black and white I got of Sugar:

And here is a interesting one of Sunny:

Yes, this one I did do a little work on. So don't worry. She doesn't normally look like that. :)

cato-or the squealing when they want something :P

Sean-I'm sorry to hear about yours  9 is really old for a guinea pig!! Yes, rabbits are smart enough to train, although I haven't succeded in teaching her anything except the littertraining. as to how do I keep all the animals? Atticus and Kirk live at Dad's. They get along fine. As for the others-at mom's we have a gate on the stairs-Yikes is downstairs during the day and the cats are up. at night yikes sleeps in my brother's room and the cats have the run of the house. The rabbit is in my room, and the guinea pig was in my sister's. The cats were raised from kittens with the GP and rabbit so they are fine.

Sophist-Thanks...I LOVE that pic of Sunny :D

Here is one of my mother's cat, Grace. She got too close to the camera whilst shooting, so... it's a leetle blurry. Though in a smaller sized pic it I see it's not too bad.

Scruffs, a bearded collie. She's nearly 13 and getting rather ragged and smelly.
