Is it true that NTs can't visualize easily or is it just with more advanced things such as forms of media and maps?

Be a little more specific. We all as
humans visualize, say our lunch
before lunchtime, our favorite actors.

Then there is subliminal visualizing
for relaxation purposes. This is usually
done in ones office, or work envirement
if they need to unstress.

Then there is the rock star fantasy
visualizing usually done in the MTV
generation.

Then you have architectual visualizing
for buildings and bridges that create
retro art when the original thinking
has passed. This still required original
visualizing in it's hayday.

Hmmmm?

I am not a NT as I have learning disablities but I am not AS. My son is.

I find that my NT friends can visual but tend not as much as I do. My son thinks almost exclusively in pictures.

From Ghosthunter,

I like how you said that. I wasn't good academically
until my early 20's. I would use pictures and learn
beyond my greatest wishes. Before I got my G.E.D
at age 31, I would prep in math(weak point otherwise)
visually(pictures), I did studies in Parapsychologhy,
Science, Art, History(using Illustrations). I am glad
your supportive of your son's visual talent at such
vulnerable age(I assume he is under 15?).

Thanks for being a intuitive parent!
