I love these topics. It reminds me that to have any of these problems you simply must have AS, and that everyone with AS has these problems. It reminds that your regular Average Joe doesn't have any glaring or hidden awkward problems, and that a dx of AS is a perfect explanation for every little problem you have. It's the reason I love coming here.

yeah, they all have issues too. I've never seen anyone declare that NTs have no issues or problems of their own though.

besides, aspergers is an incredible shield to hide behind: "normal problem is PWNED by diagnosis! somebody else defeats normal issue for you!" doesn't always work though... :wink:

All people have their issues and problems. But the chance of finding somebody with the same issue or understanding of a certain problem is much higher here. That is one of the reasons I like coming here.

Agreed

It's also helpful to see whether the stuff you're going through is normal or typical for people with Aspergers. I think that's important, but then again, I tend to think everything is important :P
