Golf and guitar are different. They require some luck, fluidity, and fluency. It is like a language, or a sport. MANY things, like model building or research, don't depend on INSTANTANEOUS reactions or luck, and an aspie could EASILY put them into practice.
I TRIED golf. Your stroke has to be fluent, and even the wind can change your luck. I tried the guitar. Timing has to be accurate and, frankly, my fingers could have been a bit longer. BTW I got to be moderately successful with both, but no longer practice.
I could write VOLUMES on things I know.
