Is there something you want to ban, make illegal, punishable by death, or a 1000 wet noodle lashes?

I would several things intently:

Unleased dogs
passing on the right
having more children than you can take of
lawyers

What would you ban?

Using simply a letter grade to show a student's performance for a semester. What does one A, B, C, D, or F really say about someone anyways? (Heck, A could mean awful and B could mean bad, with F as fantastic!)

It's already technically illegal where I live (NY). But everyone does it anyway because there are a lot of businesses around, and they don't all have their own dedicated left-turn lane, so not passing on the right would make the road incredibly annoying to drive on.
I don't see the harm as long as you make sure there are no pedestrians.

Uneducated and immoral individuals creating harmful legislation. The only problem is, who enforces the ban? No one can rely on the "basic goodness of human nature," so... I suppose it might be best to ban nothing at all, and force people to learn from their mistakes. Why ban petty things when there are more volatile concerns? I do agree with an offspring limitation, though. It is revoltingly careless when consequences are not considered.

Another questionable part of a ban is the very reason lawyers exist. Absolute moral rules can never be universally true, and exceptions must be dealt with.

the idiots at school who intentionally have their pants half falling off so you can see their boxers because they think it's cool. I'd ban that.

Small talk.

Just accept my courtesy nods and move along, for crap's sake.

- Spamming. The kind that comes in major amounts like in emails, it needs to be punishable by death.
- Major extremism. Including hateful speech from all sides of the fence, about anything.
- Deliberate circumvention of laws to avoid justice when clearly guilty of crime. Why isn't this illegal yet, anyway?
- Juvenile delinquency, especially College student antics such as destruction/theft/vandalisation of personal property. Surprisingly, most law enforcement turn a blind eye to this stuff, and it tells the perpetrators that they can do whatever they want because there's no culpability or responsibility taught to them.

Interesting Bans.

What about loud noisy children, and dogs that won't stop barking.

It is dangerous. The driver cannot see you. There is a big blind spot of a driver on the right rear. This is one of the leading causes of accidents.

Those who willl not take down their flashy outdoor Christmas decorations until.....well, still now! Hate that. Kill the flashing light reindeer sleigh with gawdy Santa. Make it stop. Shouldn't this stuff come down AT LEAST well before Valentine's Day?

Spamming already is punishable by long prison terms. I heard some guy got like 26 years for it.

I would also ban professors from showing movies in class.

While we're at it, let's ban cars without mufflers. You have probably had the great displeasure of driving behind one...usually it's some old Honda CRX or something that some kid outfits with some noisy stuff and tries to go 100mph in while driving around a 40mph zone. They're noisy, unsafe, and probably bad for the environment.

First! posts
those face banners that when your mouse goes over them, they go "omygod!"
grass lawns -- plant something else, something not requiring mowing -- except for sport areas
the local social idea of a non-24 hour city, everywhere -- I want a city that runs in the dark for once.
