I just watched it tonight and I thought it was very uplifting. It is nice to see parents fighting for their kids so hard, and how information about autism is spreading. The blond boy with Asperger's is strikingly like my little brother who has Asperger's (and in some ways a lot like myself when I was his age!), which was very interesting for me to see.
Another nice thing about that documentary was how it showed you the diversity of autism spectrum disorders. Each child was unique with different manifestations of the disorder and different ways to cope, and ways to express themselves. It was heart warming to me in a way to see them rise above their disorder's and achieve something most people would believe they couldn't achieve. But maybe that was just me, I'd like to hear some other people's opinions on it.
