I've recently noticed I've had this underlying fear that most of my life, I'm scared of drawing attention to myself. Not just things like public speaking, but many areas. Just wonder if anyone else has something similar?
This has limited me in a few areas of life such as pursuing passions, making friendships and more. It is a feeling I've been used to but now it is holding me back and is unhelpful. Could it simply be shyness or something more deep like my diagnosis?

I know how you feel. I used to fear drawing attention to myself too, but I've recently been learning out of it. Iif it's a cause of social anxiety, it's a little harder to work on, but even then, it can be remedied to an extent.
