I have meltdowns over the tiniest of things which are seemingly uncontrollable; any help for that?

im not amazing at doing this, but i find the best thing to do is:
leave the room of the person who has prevoked u,
find a quiet place,
take deep breaths, close your eyes and try to think about something really random and non threatening. Something nothing to do with what has upset u. Like a field, or the sea or something.

i also keep a diary every night i rant out all my fustrations on paper.

I play a basic computer puzzle game called armadillo run. Helly helps me ignore everything around me and refocus. I feel ten times better afterwards.

Oddly enough, it wasn't even me who found it. It was an old boss I never told I was an aspie, but his brother is on the spectrum, so he recognised it in me.

Anyone who wants to try the game, pm me with your email and I'll send over the folder.
