hi there eventualy i have plucked up the courage to go and seek profesional advice, i just wonderd if theres any
advice out there

psychiatrist would be a specialist

write everything about your health on a paper or everything related to as on a paper and give to him or why you are want to see a specialist then he might give you an idea
