I'm writing a blog post for autistic adults about how to plan/cover for your weaknesses for independent living. The basic idea is: don't beat yourself up if you frequently forget to cook dinner, just make a point to have quick, easy meals on hand for those times - and other contingencies for stuff we have trouble keeping track of. I've been trying to figure out what to call this for weeks and I got nothing - can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

"life hacks for autistics"?

Are you looking for a title that obviously states the topic? If so, I like the life hacks title suggestion. If you want something a bit different, maybe something like "Painting your door red (and other tips for coping with autism)." You'd then lead in with the thing about Einstein, then move on to your life hack ideas.

Setting Up Your Life for Independence

When I lived in an apartment, I made my own meals and froze them for later. When I moved back in with my parents after my apartment caught on fire and I developed PTSD, my mother and I take turns cooking meals. My father has Parkinson's and early stage dementia.

I think this is a good idea, though I'm not sure I'm a dog that can learn new tricks. I certainly think though that such a blog article would help younger adults.
