I also find them to be annoying, but I've learned to ignore them most of the time.

I love how badly the animation was done

I don't mind most moving ads, its the ones that are pop-up ones that I really hate. They are so annoying.

MAKE IT STOP!! !!
If they think readers of this site will be attracted to, not repulsed by, their product or service, they certainly have little understanding of their audience.

I too am drawn to moving things. There is no "getting used to them" or "trying to ignore them." My attention is always drawn to the movement, and away from static text. I can then go back to the static text, but my attention is rediverted to the movement. And so on until I'm ready to just give up.

I have found technological solutions to get rid of them, or at least stop them from moving (unless I want them to). Without that, the internet would be just about useless. Ads may be necessary, but moving ads are not.

PM me if you need help with this.

I cannot stand the dancing 3D animated people either. The choreography is just awful. :eew:

Actually, no, it doesn't bother me because I hadn't noticed it until you pointed it out. Ha, ha, finally my left side visual inattention works in my favor! For once NLD comes in handy.

Yep, drives me nuts, too. I hate blinking ads. It's hard to look away from them and I give myself a headache trying. Sometimes I can adjust the browser window to block them, but not with this one.

Pity they don't have a feedback link on this one. I always leave massively negative feedback on the ones that allow it. The guys at MSN probably think I'm nuts.

Thank you. I don't generally lodge complaints about this stuff myself, but I second you whole-heartedly.
