When you start to have a bad day, does it seem like when one thing goes wrong, circumstances will join in to make other things happen and the rest of the day simply goes downhill from that point on (If something can go wrong it will) You then feel like the best thing to do is to simply ride it out and wait for it to end. You feel very discouraged and it even affects your work pace(almost like you're back to square one).

Or its like you find one little thing wrong and it opens a whole can of worms that makes your day really suck because one problem causes another problem to develop in the process. So you wait it out and because what comes down will eventually go back up and you will have a good day to make up for it. Do you think that is like a mini cycle--a very watered-down version of what someone who is bipolar goes through?

I used to have this superstitious conviction that every other day was good and every other day was bad. Needless to say, it doesn't work that way, and I've had days that started out bad but ended well, and vice versa. My father once said: "Every day is bad if you don't think before you act." Words to live by. Image

I find I get 7 hellish years and then 7 OK ones, and then the cycle repeats itself.

Days do go downhill sometimes too.
