I don't why I thought about it but I talk to a person about things. She seem to appear distracted like not listening to the whole thing.
I ask whether I said something that was boring. Her replied was that she was tired.
A good trump card for checking the attentiveness is by asking whether the person is bored from it. It doesn't alway work but who know?
If the person doesn't like you, that is a obvious odd of not being listen.
