Earl Grey Tea brewed first thing at work

Double Espresso con Panna on Saturday and Sunday.

Tazo, Iced Bottled Tea on hot, sunny days.

They're both delicious, but I prefer coffee. But not if it's Indonesian, I don't like Indonesian coffees, central american coffees definitely taste the best.

I find as I get older, I like my coffee stronger and blacker. When I was 16, I would put waaayyy too much sugar and creamer in it. Nowdays, I just put in about a spoonful of each, and I am working my way down to nothing.

I love tea; it has lots of health benefits, especially for green teas. It also sort of wakes you up in the morning, except if you have decaffinated tea of course. I prefer decaf tea because, as an athlete, it's not as good for me to consume lots of caffeine because I'd have to drink more water, since caffeine could dehydrate you, so I'm told.

I don't know about Indonesian, but Gautamalan is my pet addiction. I go through tea phases, the last was for lapsang souchong, but tea is an infrequent intrusion.
