Would you go to one to get diagnosed if it was free?

Why go to a shrink's office for a free diagnosis? The phone man could diagnose you for free. So could the guy who sweeps up at the movie theatre.

Diagnosis: Murder

Don't forget the guy in my head.
He's probably the most honest, too.

True. I would go there knowing they could point me in the right direction to see the right person. I am too embrassed to go to my GP. It's my Dad's cousin.

I was unemployed and going to a NP clinic. My diagnosis was free.

If it was free - certainly.
