Mine was English, I was no good at writing essays and stories. And having to read infront of the classes made me not even want to come to class or just take the F.

English. Same...it's a pointless class, with little practical application.

I don't know....

Math has always been determined by who's teaching it. I like the subject better when I have a "nerd" teacher then when my teacher is also a coach.

I've picked up enough stock stories by now to get through an entire year of English with ease. I used to be terrible though, not so much anymore.

In History I've enjoyed the class whether I do well on the tests or not. And of course "If you forget the mistakes of the past you become destined to repeat them", those are words I like by.

And even P.E. was never a challenge. For being such an avid gamer I'm very physically fit, so those classes were never really hard.

Maybe I'm just abnormally optimistic. I've been this was ever since I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome 2 years ago and I don't plan on changing.

My worst was always the English classes.
Reading fiction just makes me tired and writing essays was a chore. I liked to give simple concise answers, but that sort of thing isn't wanted in an English class. Alway have to expand, embellish, extrapolate... basically BS essays to make the longer.
I don't mind writing stories or doing grammar research, but that those things are the least importance in English classes. Everything is writing college essays which is the most boring thing in the world...

On the other hand, I always liked math classes best. Simple, to the point, and even fun. No gray areas, it's either right or wrong and you'll know exactly where you got it wrong.

Math.

I could learn it really well if i focused immensly on it, and my teacher was a patient one. I sort of started dropping out a bit in high school where i met teachers who wasnt as patient.

Chemistry. bleh! i detested it - all those damn experiments. i always tried to pair up with someone who liked doing that part. i'd do all the book work instead.

now Physics i loved. i spent one entire Sat afternoon with the professor talking about quantum fields and the possibility of time travel. we concluded that if it were ever possible you could only go backward.

English. I like to read but I sucked at writing essay/research papers and I still do in college.

I loved to read but writing is harder when you have to figure out what to put in and what to leave out and I spent way to much time researching and then had to much information to try and fit in a paper(plus my spelling and grammer are pretty bad).

PE was the worst but I also had memory problems in areas I thought were boring...what is the "capitol of such and such and their #1 export....yawn.

I was really luckt to have psychology and philosophy classes in high school. It gave me a little hope that there was more to learning then memorizing.

Math and PE were my worst subjects. What is 1+1=? That is a tough question. I am also not physically fit by any means. English in the old days was horrible because I had to read out loud and I can't do that to save my life. English in college was a lot easier because we didn't have to read novels (I can't read novels but can read current event books and psychology books with no problems) and I never had to read out loud. I actually liked the English classes in college because I liked the writing assignments. They were actually fun and I got high grades in it. History in college was also easy. Just multiple choice questions and no essays which made it easy. I scored the highest in Middle East History because at that time I was doing a lot of research about that anyways so I knew a lot of the stuff going in the class. History in High School and Junior High was a lot harder for me and I hated it. Loved it in college though because I had the greatest history teachers. They made history come alive and made me interested in it. In high school and junior high, history was one of the hardest subjects for me, actually I sucked at almost everything during that time. Thank God in college I didn't have to take PE. I suck at math and never really understood it even if I learned it over and over again! I took algebra hundreds of times and if you gave me an algebra problem now, I would not be able to answer it because I am dumb. So, I liked college a lot because most of the subjects were easy to me. Much easier than high school. You would think it would be harder. In the weather class I took in college I got the highest grade in the class. I think I was the only one who got a 4.0. Believe it or not in college I got over a 3.7 gpa. The absolute hardest class in college that I felt extremely dumb in was oceanography. Now that was a college level class. The other classes that I took didn't feel like college level because they were as mentioned before easier than high school.

P.E., geography and biology. Biology might have been interesting, but both of the teachers I had in this subject happened to be as*holes.

Math was always my least favorite, you could say I hate math.

English, P.E., and Sociology were others I didn't like.

Same here, I should have gone for PE but didn't see it and went for History instead. I used to skip PE regularly, just couldn't grasp the team games and had difficulty understanding what the teachers wanted me to do (understanding verbal instruction has never been a strong point), hence I ended up looking stupid and dumb a lot. Just the thought of going to PE used to make me panic. History was just plain boring.

Tough one, but history then PE.

Mind you, if I didn't fancy school by the time I got to the school gate, I just went to the park by myself or went home for a few hours until a subject came up that I liked.

In those days, registers were taken in the morning and if you were not there in the afternoon, you got ticked as late back if you were a home luncher. Most useful, I spent soooo many happy afternoons in the sunshine with myself.

Last year I hated biology. So many concepts and terms to memorize. Geometry was easy, but the teacher was a jerk.

This year I hate history, because I hate the teacher. :x
