does learning noverbal communication affect you hyper focus

I have had in itnerest in nonverbal communication and understanding my emotions better(I still like to control them logically). Will this affect my ability to hyper focus?

I don't think so: learning nonverbal communications is just extra skill (very useful in everyday life). I'm not NT, but can use nonverbal communication, and when I need high concentration, I usually work alone. But in everyday smalltalks I have to make my hyper focus milder and feel emotional states of people instead of overusing complicated logical chains.
