Are you limited in what you drink?

How many kinds of drinks can you drink?

Because I have an amazing 4 kinds of drink that I'll drink. Water and a certain type of fitness drink are the newest since this year. Before that I drank coke and milk. I sometimes found/find a brand of lemonade that I can drink too. One throughout childhood and then recently one that's now not available again.

Surprisingly, I can drink about every alcoholic drink! I even stole whine and beer from the tables when I was a toddler because I was thirsty.
As a baby my mother said that I drank tea too. But never after it, now tea literally makes my stomach turn.

Anyone else share this issue? I'm glad I can drink water and coke. That's available about everywhere!

I tend to stick with pepsi and water. I dont drink coffee or tea, well i can drink tea i just dont think its any good. I cant stand coffee.... Yuck.

I dont drink lemonade, i think its too sweet. But i do like certain sport drinks. Like gatorade. Sometimes..

I see this can get very long if i continue, i can elaborate on most beverages but ill leave it like this. I drink pepsi and water most of the time.

Never thought about it this way. But don't we all (even NTs) have preferences we tend to stick to?
I drink mostly water. Also milk (but only flavored), pepsi, one kind of energy drink, and in restruants, coke. And occasionally something else, but that's my usuals.

I think most people have preferences for everything, but people with Aspergers etc might get more upset if for instance you went to a resturant and ordered coke (cause thats what you had in mind, your plan so to speak) and they say they dont have it. I know for a fact that i could throw a tantrum over something like that.

I like enough beverages that it's a rare place indeed that doesn't have anything I'm willing to drink. I'll drink Mountain Dew, sweetened iced tea (with no lemon. I send it back if there is lemon in it), Coke, or lemonade.

I usually drink alot of spa rood, wich is sparkling water.
Beside that i drink lots of energy drinks, coffee, some coca cola zero and fanta.
I prefer zero over regular because i'm not all into the huge amount of sugar thing.
It just makes me so dam thirsty.
And than ofcourse there is my favourite drink, a nice icecold beer :P
I often drink insane amounts compared to most people.
Like my girlfriend drinks like 1-1.5 litres a day while i drink about 5-6.
I'd proberbly end up fainting dehydration if i drink what the average person drinks.
This is why i drink litres of sparkling water daily.

Overall i can say i can drink about anything if i want to.
Wel... maybe not stuff like tonic, because it'l make me vomit.

Yes, but usually people can change if they must.

I'd have a very hard time drinking anything else. I probably wouldn't. I'd have to feel extremely bad to be able to convince myself to drink something else.

I drink: Water. Pepsi. Coke. Tea. That's about it I think. It's very rare that I drink alcohol. Whiskey if it happens. There are other drinks I can drink, of course, but I'm quite content with those four. Never get tired of them!

Unsweetened iced tea and water ONLY. I really don't like sodas, although once in a blue moon its a craving.

I will damn near throw the tea back if they say its not sweetened but it instead tastes like a kilo of sugar died in there. And I hate it when I tell them I want it unsweetened, and they bring me a 'new' glass, and my bleedin straw is still there!

So yea... I'm pretty picky. I want my tea made the way mum and dad used to make it... course, they don't run a resturant.

I so agree!
Drinks can be tasty but thesedays I much prefer juice drinks that don't have that same disgusting taste to them!! !
many soft drinks nowadays contain Aspartame and so I try my best to avoid those types of drinks coz they all taste the same and they give me headaches...
I won't even drink the new "coke zero" coz... it too has Aspartame... :(

I'd rather drink the sugary stuff coz it tastes better... :D

And then there is the alcohol..
I do drink it but... not as much... I can remember atleas some of what I drank the other night...

1 Smirnoff Ice
2 Fosters
3 Stella Artois
4 WKD Blue
5 Water
6 and more Water
7 There would be this IF I could remember what I had... :D

I can't drink uniced water.

Seriously, if there's no ice in it, it tastes really funny to me. There may be a real reason for this though, it could be that I grew up on a farm drinking well water and that now i drink city water and it tastes bad.

Ive always lived out in the countryside so to speak, and when visiting larger cities i always found that the water tasted horrible there.

It p***es me off when I go to an expensive restaurant and they don't have sweet tea... only unsweetened, which is ice cold and therefore impossible to get sweet enough due to the saturation point. I can get friggin sweet tea at McDonalds, so I would expect a whole lot more from a $20+/plate establishment.

And I can not stand diet colas, or anything sweetened with some kind of artificial sweetener like saccharine, aspartame or splenda. Which is just as well considering the health risks that all three of them pose.

Anything that's not diet, I'll give a shot. I like Crush, but my favorites are Root Beer and Cream Soda. Of course, now that I'm legal drinking age, I may just be adding a few new beverages to that list... :P
